Our team of Bomford service engineers are experts in our technology and have many years of experience working on the complete range of Bomford machines.

Backed by extensive training and a fully-equipped mobile workshop, they provide an unrivalled level of product knowledge and back-up, to deliver fast and effective cover across the country to make sure that any downtime is kept to a minimum.

And, in the unlikely event one of our service engineers can’t fix a problem on site, they will endeavour to call in a specialist who can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Parts

Our extensive Bomford Turner Parts Store at our headquarters at Salford Priors in Worcestershire stocks thousands of genuine quality parts for every Bomford machine. Our dedicated parts department will be happy to advise you, if you need a replacement part.

From filters to flails, blades to guards and even simple nuts and bolts all our parts are designed, engineered and selected specifically for our Bomford machines.

We advise that filters are changed at 50 hours to validate your warranty and then every 500 hours or 12 months to keep your machine running like new, but always with a genuine Bomford filter.

When it comes to selecting the right flail it is important to use a genuine high-quality flail. Utilising lower grade flails can create imbalance and vibration, placing stress on associated components which can result in machine failure. Lower grade imitation flails can even sometimes chip or snap when coming into contact with stones or fencing so cutting performance can be drastically reduced.

Using genuine quality parts for your Bomford Turner machine not only ensures it performs to its full potential in the field but also extends its overall lifespan.

If you decide to use inferior quality parts because you are trying to save money then it could actually cost you more in the long term. Potentially even damaging your machine and invalidating your warranty.
